Seated Straddle: How-to, Tips, Benefits




Sit with knees close to your chest . Use your hand on the floor up front to balance your body and now lengthen your legs evenly apart to both sides with toes pointing up then slowly try to widen your legs enough to feel some resistance.

Benefits  

1.Open the hips.
2.Strengthen the inner thigh and back of the legs .
3.Important for joint
